Hi, I’m Jenn Santos – Founder & Leader of HB Collective, ​

hairstylist since 2008, and someone who knows how hard it can be to make time for yourself while managing everything else. That’s why I’ve created a salon experience that helps you feel confident, refreshed, and cared for, without adding stress to your routine.

I specialize in low-maintenance color and weft extensions that elevate your everyday look and grow out beautifully between visits. Whether it’s dimensional blonding, seamless grey coverage, or fuller hair with extensions, I create customized, natural-looking results that fit your lifestyle.

I’m a mom, a wife, and a business owner— so I see you, juggling the to-do lists and pouring into everyone else. My chair is a space where you get to be taken care of. From the back massager to the essential oil-infused hot towel, the luxury haircare to the snacks and lap desk, every detail is designed to give you a moment of peace while we bring your hair goals to life.

With over 15 years behind the chair, I’m committed to staying current, creative, and always improving. I invest in continued education in coloring, cutting, and business to bring the best experience to both my guests and my HB team. Education, leadership, and heart are at the core of everything I do.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me journaling with a coffee in hand, snuggled up watching Disney movies with my kids, or off on a weekend camping trip with my family. I love Pinot Noir, chocolate, reading, shopping, girls nights and making memories with people I love.
