Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 72 hours' notice of cancellation so I can provide the chance for another guest to enjoy your appointment time. You will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.

 

If you reschedule or cancel in less than 72 hours from your appointment time, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. This $100 late cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment is able to be booked. 

 

After the first time, you will be asked to pay a $100 booking fee which will be applied to your scheduled appointment. 

If you have an appointment scheduled and you do not show up to that scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged $200. 

All fees must be paid before being able to book another appointment.

Running Late?

If you happen to be running late to your scheduled appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, out of respect to all of  my other guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed and may result in rescheduling.

Service Redo Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit via email, and I'd be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. 

 

Retail Return Policy

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will exchange your product for another product, or I will add a credit to your account toward your future services. Returns or exchanges may be made for 10 days from your initial purchase.
